Get Paid To Take Surveys

Survey
These days “paid surveys” can mean any number of things; it doesn’t necessarilly pay in cash – although it is one of the best free ways to make money online.
Here’s a little run down of ways paid surveys actually “pay”;
* Money via check or paypal (which is best in my opinion)
* Points that can be redeemed for money (also good)
* Points that can be redeemed for gifts (such as gift cards, iPods, consoles, etc.)
* Memberships to websites (like Rapidshare Premium, World of Warcraft, Runscape, etc.)
* Entries into competitions (the survey site runs the contests and members “buy” entries by taking surveys)
There is no harm in taking surveys for money, points, entries or what have you – so long as you know they are worth it. If you earn 2000 points for a survey but each 1000 points is only worth 10 cents, then you know it’s not going to be worth your time if you really want to make money on the internet.
The best way to find a paid survey site that actually is worth your time is to read what other people who have no stake in things are saying about them – does the site want you to refer friends and reward you for doing so?
That’s all well and good but it can lead to people posting biased reviews so that you will decide to sign up under them, and they will be rewarded. You will of course still get paid if the site is legitimate, but do you really want to get stuck in the position of referring friends in order to make more than just a few cents? I don’t, personally.
Our blog buddy, Work At Home Report, has some reviews of paid surveys that pay in cash and don’t expect you to refer your friends – so if this type of thing interests you then it’s worth heading over there and browsing through the reports section to the survey reviews; or if you are lucky there might even be one in the top picks – but don’t hold your breath as a site has to meet some pretty strict requirements to be listed there.
Lastly; if you are not picking a site reviewed by a reliable source it is best to search the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see whether or not there are reports of it being a scam.
Good luck and stay safe.
