If you want to work from home and make money online but don’t have a website there are still plenty things you can do that wont cost you a single cent.

I’m going to list just a few of the ways you can start making money online tonight, or at least over the course of the next week, without needing your own website or any knowledge of HTML.

1. Get An Auto Blog

Auto blogs are one of the easiest ways to make money online for beginners; you don’t need a website because you can just sign up for a free blog at Blogger – if you haven’t experimented with one, or several, auto blogs yet, then now is a good time to start – just set one up and whack AdSense on there. (If you don’t know how to create an auto blog there is a $5 guide available from Games To Money.)

2. Sign Up For a GPT or PTC Site

There are a lot of decent GPT and PTC websites out there, although before signing up for any you should know that GPT will always pay more than PTC, as well as paying out more reliably in general. At the end of October GPT HQ is launching, and I would encourage everyone to sign up for it – however until then you can find plenty of other sites to try out using Google. All you have to do is click links, fill out surveys and complete free offers and you will get paid to do so – it is a good way to make a few extra dollars, especially when you are looking for money for your first real website.

3. Ebay

Using a drop shipping company and selling the products on Ebay can be a great way to make money online. The first time I did it, I sold a discount TV via a drop shipping company and made around $70 profit – so not too bad. There is a lot of competition, so it is best to find a small drop shipping website that not everyone is already using it.

4. Provide Content

Head over to Answernode Webmaster Forums and post in the content creation section – you can offer writing services, logo creation services, banner creation services and more – you will need to sign up, but it doesn’t cost you anything and it a good way to find work.

That said, I have had several successes with Ebay; I made $70 on my last sale, which was a TV sent via a drop shipping company and before that I made $40 on a small sale – it was for some virtual items. I got the idea using the Games To Money guide, which you can find under my “blog buddies” section to the right of the page.

So, Ebay – let’s get down to the Pros and Cons so you can decide if it interests you or not.

Pros:

- Easy to find a buyer

- Ability to dispute for non payment

- A feedback system to give you a better idea of who you’re dealing with.

- Return customers can find you easily.

Cons:

- Fees

- Difficult to cancel a listing

- Arranging postage OR finding a reliable drop shipper

If you want to use Ebay you need to either find a reliable drop shipper; in your own country is best because if you are buying direct from China you need to specify somewhere in your listing, “Item is shipped from China.” (Shipping costs from overseas will also eat into your profits significantly.)

Otherwise you can buy wholesale bulk lots of items locally, online or in a store, and then sell them on individually.

If you plan on doing this you should start out small, like DVDs or piercing jewellery, then once you’ve got a feel for it you can safely move up to phones or computer parts.

You should allow yourself a budget of $50 to $100 to start out with and see what you can turn that into – try to build it up gradually – you should be able to start earning a profit of $400 a week by the end of month 2, and a profit of around $800 per week as of month 6.
